近日，腾讯旗下著名手游“王者荣耀”被注册成酒商标一事闹得沸沸扬扬，由于“王者荣耀”被贵州一酒业公司注册成为商标，腾讯起诉国家知识产权局，要求对该商标的注册问题重新作出裁定。3月17日，北京知识产权法院对该起行政纠纷案进行线上开庭审理。
