商标注册申请书是指在我国境内从事商品生产或经营活动，并依法登记的企业、个体工商户、个人合伙、具有法人资格的企事单位依《商标法》规定办理的涉外企业，以商标注册申请人和名义，向所在地县级以上的工商行政管理机关提出申请时使用的文本。本申请书为台湾地区申请专用文本。
2017年，New Balance将周乐伦与江西新百伦一同诉至北京市东城区人民法院。New Balance主张，周乐伦不仅授权江西新百伦领跑生产的带有“N”字标识鞋上使用“新百伦”商标，而且还实质参与了其生产、销售活动，容易造成消费者混淆，构成不正当竞争。对此苏州中级人民法院作出了一审判决，判决被告立即停止侵犯“NB”、“NEW BALANCE”注册商标专用权的行为及人民币1000万元的赔偿。
国家知识产权局商标局近日更新了《类似商品和服务区分表》以外可接受商品和服务项目名称列表，相关信息已录入商标查询系统。
