2020年3月16日，EUIPO执行局长签署了第EX-20-3号决定： 2020年3月9日至2020年4月30日期间届满的欧盟商标和外观相关程序，截止日期（时限）延长至2020年5月1日。但是需要注意的是，5月1日是公共节假日，这意味着时限实际上延长至5月4日。
